When we hear the word ‘psychopath’, images of terrifying men and women who have killed and tortured other people and animals without the feeling of guilt comes to our mind. It’s not something found only in the adults but also seen in children and can be noticed when a child is 3 years old. Most of the serial killers displayed such behavior since their childhood which went unnoticed.
Here are some signs of psychopathic behavior in children to know about.
Animal Cruelty
Abusing animals is a big sign of psychopathy in children. If parents explain their kids not to harm them, and they understand then there is no need to worry. But, if they again repeat the same action, then it’s the time to stand up and take necessary action.

Love For Arsons
Those who are suffering from Pyromania, or love for arsons, often show anger and defiance against others.

Enuresis
Certain disorders like peeing in bed in children often provoke acts of arson, animal abuse, etc as the child gets humiliated which turns into anger and they become offensive.
Andrei Chikatilo was a big maniac who loved watching other kids suffer and this led to terrible things.

Violations of Rules
Every child gets into a situation where they feel guilty about being caught and swear not to do repeat it again. But, psychopaths often give importance to the violation of rules as they get more joy and excitement doing that.

Lying Without Remorse
While a normal child will simply lie just to avoid getting punished, a psychopath will just lie for the sake of lying without showing any signs of remorse. They may start liking the process of lying and often get angry on being caught.

Bullying
Childhood bullies are very common. Every bully is not a future maniac but it increases their odds of getting the diagnosis someday. There are many things like mimicking abusive behavior they're seeing at home, getting attention, which can turn a child into a bully.

Insensitivity
Psychopath children don’t have fear of anyone as compared to their peers, and they don’t feel the same stress levels. Moreover, they have no idea of what compassion is. As such, it’s hard for them to relate to those emotions as in others.
