Stifling a sneeze
If you stiff your sneeze your respiratory system is affected. We Sneeze to get the bacteria out of our body which is very important. If you keep from sneezing, you hypothetically, shoot and close the barrel, and you know what happens if you do so. The same goes with your body.

Chewing on something solid
This also affects your gums, teeth, and mouth. Chewing all the time may cause enamel deficiency and that would only cause harm to your mouth. Chewing on other inedible substance is also not healthy for your mouth.

Postponing going to the bathroom
Your kidneys and urinary system and intestine would have to face the side effects if you do this, on a regular basis. It would be very uneasy to deal with it later.

Washing your hair with hot water
During cold days hot water baths are important and you cannot run away from that but you should avoid hot water bathing from the scalp. Hot water opens the pores of your scalp which causes more hair fall.

Touching your face and rubbing your eyes
Touching and your face and eyes are bad for the skin and eyes. You will have to deal with acne and your eyes might get infected. It will also irritate your eyes and your skin more.

Reading while lying in bed
When you do this your eyes, spinal cord and your neck skin would be affected and that might make you look older than you are. Plus, remember to keep a safe distance between the book and your eyes while reading.
