Who doesn't love his house. Even Randy Wagner had a soft corner for the place he lived in. He did all possible efforts to make his house different from others. But while he was spending money to make it stand out amongst the rest, his neighbours made jokes on him and had even called him crazy, insane, mad and what not. You may recall all the synonyms for these terms and he was that for his neighbours. No matter what, nothing could shake Randy's confidence and he'd spent $8,300 to make a unique stuff surround his place.
#2 His Innovation.
Randy had build an aqua dam around his house. This worked on the principle of water filling the pipes that will stand as a wall against the massive flow of water when flood hits.
But how effective his idea was ? Go ahead to know if his ideas had worked well for him.
#1 The Humble Soul.
During the time when flood destroyed Texas, Randy's house wasn't even touched by a single drop of water and fought against the flood due to this dam. His hard work was worth an appreciation. But, in spite of all the harsh words from his near and dear ones, Randy never spoke a word back against it. Rather he was thankful to God and his aqua dam who spared his home. Such great souls are rare to find.
