The world is becoming more and more cruel and unpredictably horrible. A case of domestic violence from Russia proves that it is within no time that we will again turn into barbarians. The whole chapter of humanity, morality and love is all in vain as we as humans chose to be more like barbarians than civilians.
Heart wrenching
This case is about the Russian couple Maxim Gribanov and Anastasia Ovsiannikova. This guy physically and mentally abused his wife just because he wanted to boast to his friends that his wife was under his control. This heart wrenching case of domestic violence all started in a cafe, where this barbarian physically abused his wife and dragged her to the car. A bigger issue here is no one there tried informing the police.
Unhappy and Unsatisfied
Anastasia was very much unhappy and upset with her husband Maxim because of his aggressive and short tempered behavior. It was all because of his harassment that she had decided that she would leave him as life with him was becoming unbearable. Knowing that she was planning to leave him, he became more and more aggressive and regularly harassed her.
Informed The Police
Maxim's limits crossed one day when he dragged her to the house from a cafe and beat her continually for 5 whole hours. That monster even videotaped Anastasia's condition. What is even more shocking that even after seeing the five hours of torture on a person, none of the Maxim's friend informed the police. However, hearing Maxim beat his wife, his neighbours called up the police and informed Anastasia's father.
They say
Anastasia's father had a very difficult time seeing his daughter at her apartment in a condition that he had never imagined. He said, ‘I opened the door, looked inside and nearly passed out,’ said her father. “She had a huge bruise on her eye, so big, it was all black. She was all black". A friend of the attacker even admitted: ‘I was one of those who received these pictures. ‘She was like a bloody mess from head to toe. It must have been not dozens but hundreds of blows. ‘And he did a photo shoot to film her looking like this….’ He did the whole thing just to boast in front of his friend that he got her ‘under control’. Anastasia aunt Tatyana Molchanova said: ‘I was ready to grab a pitchfork and sort this monster out. But he was taken by police".
RIP Anastasia
Anastasia's body was all covered in blood, bruises and marks. She was in coma for six days and died fighting for her life. It is said that her condition was so critical that doctors had to drill in her skull to provide blood to her brain. She left the world. You are better there you beautiful soul! Maxim has been imprisoned for 15 years. We hope that Anastasia's soul rest in peace.
