Leah Kirwan us a teenager and has a brother suffering with Down syndrome. While others on hearing his condition often say, "we are so sorry"; she thinks entirely different. According to Leah, it is not something to be sorry about rather she has a lot to learn from him. He is a fighter who fights to live like every other normal human being and has no regrets.
#2 Strong sister
Here is what she thinks about her brother's condition. She says, "Whenever I come across people who feel sorry for him after our first meeting, I ask them not to be. At the age of 25, I do not know better ways to life. Of course, it is not easy and there are tough times but that does not change my love for him. He says he is my biggest fan and will always be and to me he is my best friend."
There is one in every 700 kid born with Down syndrome but that should not make life any different for him or her. They are the most pure souls you will come across and the positivity with what they take life will amaze you. They are God's own child.
