ATMs of TD Bank are giving surprises to its clients and bidding goodbye to them with personalised thank you notations. I am shocked!
Who does not like surprises? All of us do! Moreover, when the surprises come from the most unexpected ways, it melts our hearts and comes out through our eyes.
#2 Thanking Machines
TD Bank gave similar and overwhelming surprises to its clients. The bank has four branches in Montreal, Vancouver, Toronto and Calgary and recently upgraded couple of their ATMs into robotised thanking machines.
The bank gave away $20 as a thank you give away to 30,000 clients and distinctive offerings were given to twelve clients, pre-chosen by the bank workers.
The machines welcomed the clients in most astounding way. As they got closer, it started identifying them. Read out their names and presented individualised thank you notations.

While few received extra bucks, a mother was astonished to receive tickets for a trek to Disney Land with her children along with school cash. She did not have money to take her children anywhere till that day and was on cloud nine.
However, the most heartwarming excerpt was when Dorothy received tickets to Trinidad, where her daughter was recovering from a tumour surgery.
Almost every single person standing there had tears in their eyes. And all of these amazing encounters and the counter reactions were taped by the cameras and resulting videos were stunning.
