Jessie constructed
Jessie has done an exceptional job at making her new home look amazing. When she thought of constructing her own mini house she had spotted her outdated 1966 GMC passenger bus.

She loved the bus
Jessie purchased the bus for just $7000, stripping off it's interior and after selling it seats to a restaurant. It is outdated for sure, but what she was going to make out of it was going to be extraordinary.

Remodels
It took her three long years to remodel her mini house. And it cost her $125,000 with the interiors and renovation. She was trying to create an eco-friendly space to live in.

'Garbage Warrior
For creativity, inspiration is what you need. Jessie was inspired by the documentary called the 'Garbage Warrior'. In this documentary, Michael Reynolds designs and remodels and eco-friendly Earthship by utilizing recycled items.

Information
She did a lot of investment of time and started collecting information about everything on how to remodel this bus. It was the first task!

Live in the Vegan way
The mini house of wheels stuck her mind. This was the best for the ones who travel. And Jessie was loving the concept itself to live in a vegan way.

Licence to drive
She also made sure of all the legal ways to build it. She insured the vehicle an RV vehicle. And she even has a licence to drive the heavy bus.

Correct people
Remodelling the bus into a mini home was the toughest job. To do the perfect job, it was hard to find the correct people, plumbers, carpenters, and electricians.

Jessie said...
“The big challenge was that it was very different from working on a home that’s fixed in one location. I constantly had to account for movement, on top of that the angles of the bus and slanted style windows made it challenging to design the best possible layout and curved woodworking. Levels were useless as the bus incline changes depending on location, it was all about calculating angles. This added a lot of time onto the project.â€

The new room
She made the house with so much dedication, that she spent the whole time searching for the right curtains and perfect wood flooring. It was all done perfectly at the end.
