Children have an overactive imagination. That imagination shows in this child's answer. He was asked to draw a plant cell. It's not his fault the teacher didn't like his drawing.
Art can only be appreciated by a few. The child even followed the parameters and pointed out the important parts. Note the fact that there are no windows. Movies have taught him that prison bars are a great way to escape, which is why he left no windows to let the plant escape from.
