The Miss Universe Pageant is a popular thing and millions of people love to watch gorgeous women who carry themselves like and queen, and who are brilliant as well, posing and repressing their countries. The more interesting and exciting part is these women come from different parts of the world and compete gracefully. When Ms. South Africa, Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters won the title, she had also won many hearts but she won the heart of a football star after she did something kind, and not because of the title.

The Football star, Tim Tebow is very open about sharing his strong faith with the world. He and Demi-Leigh met in a very generous and kindhearted event and they started dating right after that. Tim said, “She is a really special girl and I am very lucky and blessed for her coming into my life.”

They met at the annual "Night to Shine" event which is quite famous. In this event, young people of all abilities attend a prom which is specially created for them. Demi-Leigh has a sister who has special needs and so she had attended the event too. She is also been working on the projects on the side for charity works for the people who need special attention. They continued dating for a period of time and then decided that it was the time for their parents to meet and so Tim’s parents invited Demi-Leigh’s parents to their 47th wedding anniversary celebration.

Dedicated in her faith

They were very much excited to meet each other as their children were in love, and are also of the same faith. Demi-Leigh has always professed her faith on her Instagram Page. Demi-Leigh is also involved in a charity work named, God's Love We Deliver, which prepares and delivers nutritious food who are ill in Manhattan. As dedicated as she is in her faith, she said something right before she gave the crown up to the new winner.

The former Miss Universe passed down the legendary crown to the new Miss Universe, Catriona Gray and dad the final walk on the ramp when everyone was in awe of her beauty. This was the time when she said something that moved everyone in looking at her, she addressed everyone and said, "First, all glory goes to my Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ.” Her faith in her God, and how she is grateful towards it, is an inspiration to everyone.
